LODIQ (Low Distortion Quenching) is our unique surface heat treatment method that fills the gap between "soft nitriding" and "carburizing hardening (carburizing nitriding)." It addresses issues such as "normal soft nitriding does not provide sufficient strength" and "normal carburizing (carburizing nitriding) results in excessive thermal distortion." Additionally, while maintaining the low distortion characteristics of LODIQ, we have achieved an increase in the strength of alloy steel with "LODIQ-AS," and we also offer "LODIQ-N," which allows for arbitrary changes in the compound layer composition to enable strengthening according to specific objectives. **Characteristics of LODIQ-AS** - Significantly reduces heating distortion and hardening distortion through ultra-low temperature treatment. - Increases resistance to temper softening of the re-surface, improving anti-seizing and anti-pitting properties. - Enhances effective hardened layer depth, internal hardness, and fatigue strength for low carbon steel LODIQ. - Enables the omission of finishing processes due to the suppression of abnormal grain boundary oxidation layers and the low distortion effect. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
